Are Federal Agencies Aligning Their 2 C.F.R. Rules With the Uniform Guidance Revisions?

On Aug. 13, 2020, OMB finalized revisions to the uniform guidance (2 C.F.R. Part 200), which generally became effective for new awards and modifications to existing awards as of Nov. 12, 2020. Federal awarding agencies have issued regulations implementing the uniform guidance under Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations, along with specific agency exceptions to the uniform guidance.
