Grant recipients continue to face numerous challenges in managing their programs, and requirements under recent legislative packages have only added to those complexities. Meanwhile, changes are coming to the uniform guidance and the Federal Audit Clearinghouse later this year, and all stakeholders in the grants process should be aware of what these changes may mean for them.
